It is arranged on two floors with a large terrace on the top floor and several balconies all over looking the water.

The apartment is decorated and fully furnished to the highest standard and fitted with high quality appliances.

In addition there is internet access via wireless broadband and satellite television The apartment has two allocated parking spaces in the underground car park.

The car park is accessed via electronic gates and from the car park the apartment can be accessed directly via a lift.

There is a video phone entry system.

First floor On the first level there are three bedrooms the Master bedroom is a large bedroom with extensive fitted wardrobe space and a full en suite bathroom.

There are semi circular glass doors leading out to a balcony overlooking the waterfront.

There is a dressing table seating area and a flat screen TV.

There are two further bedrooms both are large with en suite shower rooms.

The kitchen and dining room are situated next to each other on the first floor and are connected via double doors.

The kitchen is fully fitted and has an informal breakfast table.

The dining room has a formal dinning table with eight settings.

There is a glass door leading to the large balcony which runs the length of the room and is overlooking the water.

In the entrance hall there is an enclosed laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer a large storage cupboard and WC.

Second floor Upstairs there is a large living room which has stunning views of the water.

Through glass doors you have access to the large terrace with a variety of flowers and plants and outdoor eating area.

On the terrace there is a glass gazebo where you can relax when the weather is not so good with a great view of the river read the Sunday papers or have dinner.

There is a door leading from the lounge to the study which has a desk work area and also has a small balcony.

On the second floor there is also a WC and more storage space.
